These docs are written for admins, PMs, and workers using Site Secure. They focus on how to run the product day to day.
Access depends on role and plan
Every workflow is controlled by both user role and subscription tier. Review roles and tiers before enabling modules, training a crew, or troubleshooting a missing screen.
Start here
- New admin: follow the first-run walkthrough, then review roles, organization setup, and feature controls.
- PM: start with timecard review, safety readiness, and incidents.
- Worker: start with clock-in, certifications, documents, toolbox talks, messages, mobile setup, and What's New in the mobile profile menu.
- Billing or operations owner: review tiers, reports, integrations, audit history, and security guidance.

Recommended rollout order
- Set up the organization, admins, and plan tier.
- Add job sites and assign admins or PMs.

- Publish a short first toolbox talk and confirm workers can sign it.
- Run one payroll cycle with close review before expanding.
- Show workers where to find What's New, support references, and notification settings before the wider rollout.
