Read and sign assigned safety talks.
Toolbox talks are safety topics your company asks workers to read and sign.
Assigned talks can appear in the app and may also arrive as mobile push alerts. Opening an assigned talk from a notification should take you directly to the talk that needs review.
Sign a talk
- Open the assigned talk.
- Read the content.
- Complete any required acknowledgment.
- Add your signature.
- Submit it.
Site Secure records that the talk was opened for review before signature. Do not sign for another worker or sign before reading the assigned content.
If you do not see a talk
Check that you are signed in to the right organization. If the talk still does not appear, ask an admin to confirm it was assigned or published to you.
If you signed the wrong talk
Tell an admin. Do not sign extra talks just to correct the mistake unless an admin asks you to.
Admins can also record paper completions when a job site uses a printed sign-off process. Ask an admin if your company completed a talk on paper and it is not reflected in the app.
