Certifications
Upload, check, and renew your training records.
Use Certifications for cards, licenses, and training records your company keeps on file.
Add a record
- Open Certifications and choose the add action.
- Take a clear photo or upload the document. Include both sides when they contain needed information.
- Check the holder's name, certification type, issue date, and expiration date.
- Correct any suggested values that do not match the document.
- Submit and check the resulting status.
Document reading can suggest fields from a photo or PDF. It does not approve the certification. On supported mobile capture screens, you can also select scanned text and apply it to a field.
Make the document readable
Keep the whole card or page in frame, avoid glare, and check that names and dates can be read. For a multi-page PDF, upload the original file rather than a screenshot of one page. Do not include unrelated personal records.
Review and renewal
A pending record still needs review. If it is rejected or returned for correction, read the reason before uploading a replacement.
Use renewal when the same certification continues with a new document or dates. You can remove eligible unverified uploads; verified records and verification details have additional restrictions. Ask your reviewer when you need a verified record corrected.
A QR link can help someone check a certification. Share it only with someone who needs to verify the record.
Certification actions
Use Actions, right-click on the web, or long-press in the mobile app to open a certification, view its attached certificate, or copy its certificate number when available. The mobile menu also offers editing for an unverified certification and renewal for an expiring or expired certification when your permissions and company settings allow them.
