The mobile app may ask for phone permissions depending on which workflows your company uses.
Common prompts
- Camera: photos, documents, certifications, or selfie verification.
- Notifications: messages and reminders.
- Location: clock-in or job-site timekeeping when required by company policy.
- Files or photos: document and certification uploads.
If a permission was denied
- Open phone settings.
- Find Site Secure.
- Turn on the permission your company requires.
- Reopen the app.
- Try the workflow again.
Ask an admin if you are not sure which permissions your company requires.
