Capture job-site incidents and keep follow-up organized.
Create an incident record when a job-site event needs review, documentation, or follow-up.
Create an incident
- Select the job site.
- Add the date and time.
- Add involved workers if known.
- Write a clear description.
- Attach photos or documents when available.
- Assign or update the status.
Good incident notes
Use plain language. Include what happened, who was involved, what action was taken, and what still needs follow-up.
When to escalate
Escalate immediately if the incident involves injury, regulatory reporting, customer escalation, sensitive worker information, or possible legal review.
