Safety forms and inspections
Submit a site form, resume supported drafts, and respond to corrections.
Open Site Records → New document to start a safety form. To sign assigned records or find your signed history, use the Site Records views.
Use the form for the work you are recording: equipment inspection, stormwater inspection, daily safety report, hazard report, or another form your organization enables. Use injury reporting when someone was hurt.
Submit a form
- Open the submission action from Site Records, the jobsite, or equipment.
- Confirm the site and, for an equipment inspection, the unit.
- Complete the questions and add the evidence requested.
- Review the answers before submitting.
- Open the submitted record to confirm it was received.
Supported equipment inspection workflows let you save and resume a draft. A saved draft is not a submitted inspection, and draft support does not mean every form can be completed offline.
Review a submitted form
Open the record from Reports or the jobsite's form history. The detail shows the submitted content and the review or correction history you are allowed to see.
If a reviewer requests a correction, open that request and explain the change. The history keeps the earlier submission and subsequent work; a correction should not hide what was originally reported.
Failed inspections and hazards
A failed inspection or hazard may create corrective work. Check the Action Center for assigned follow-ups. Recording remediation and verifying it are separate steps. See safety follow-ups.
