Owners and Admins
Owner and Admin overview
Understand organization-wide Owner controls and responsibility-scoped Admin work.
Owners control the Site Secure organization. They decide which modules and role capabilities are enabled, who holds each role, which job sites or groups each Admin is responsible for, and when records are ready for payroll, compliance review, or export.
Admins handle operations only for their assigned job sites and inherited job-site groups. An Admin with no responsibility assignment can open the admin workspace but sees no organization operational data until an Owner assigns a site or group.
