Reports and exports

Reports turn the records you can access into a reviewable view or export. Owners can review organization-wide reports; Admin results and exports follow their site and worker responsibility.

Choose a report

Available reports include timecards, Field Presence and off-site activity, PTO, incidents, travel, and organization summaries. Certification coverage and toolbox-talk completion also have reporting views. The options shown depend on enabled features and your access.

1. Select the report and date range.
2. Check the jobsites and people included.
3. Preview the results where available.
4. Resolve or explain exceptions before exporting.
5. Check the downloaded file before sending it on.

Interpret the data

Timecard location evidence supplies context for review. Untracked time is not proof of an absence, and off-site time does not alone establish whether work was paid. See timecard review.

A certification awaiting review is not an approved record. An investigation with a pending recordability review is not a completed classification. Open the underlying records when these distinctions matter.

Payroll and other systems

A CSV download does not transmit payroll or synchronize with an outside system. Confirm the receiving system's columns, date format, and approval process before importing. Native payroll integrations, public API access, and SSO are unshipped and unavailable; see integrations.
