Audit history
Review important actions and preserve operational evidence.
Audit history helps Owners answer what changed, who changed it, and when it happened. Owners can review the complete organization stream and supported Recent Actions. Admins receive only a read-only operational view for activity whose complete affected-site set remains inside their current responsibility.
Common audit events
- Worker approval or role changes
- Organization setting changes
- Job site detail changes, including site color updates
- Timecard adjustments and approvals
- Certification and document review actions
- Toolbox talk publication, paper completions, read review, and signatures
- Message broadcasts and worker acknowledgments
- Incident updates
- Retention or deletion actions
When to use audit history
Use audit history for disputed timecards, missing records, role changes, compliance questions, billing questions, and support investigations. Admins do not receive role, permission, organization-setting, billing, security, or raw before/after details and cannot undo any event.
When support asks for context, include the audit event, affected user or job site, approximate time, and any visible support reference.
