PMs
PM overview
Review crew activity, resolve exceptions, and keep work moving.
PMs use Site Secure to review crew time, readiness, safety records, messages, and job-site follow-up. Their access is narrower than Admin access and may change by module, plan tier, and job-site assignment.
Know the boundary
PMs can use admin-scoped operational workflows, but worker management, reports, timecard mutations, billing-sensitive controls, and dev tools have narrower access. See roles and tiers for the full matrix.
Daily responsibilities
- Check active workers and open timecard issues.
- Review missing certifications, documents, and unsigned talks.
- Resolve missed punches before payroll review.
- Follow up on incidents and safety items.
- Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues to an admin.
Best practice
Review issues while the workday is still fresh. Timecards and safety records are much easier to correct the same day than at the end of the pay period.
