What to do when service is weak on the job site.
Some job sites have weak signal. If the app shows a sync or retry message, keep the app installed and check again when service improves.
Worker tips
- Open the app before entering a low-signal area.
- Do not uninstall the app if something is waiting to sync.
- Check the app again when service returns.
- Keep the app signed in so queued timecard, upload, and active-shift location updates can retry.
- Tell an admin if a punch, upload, or signature does not appear.
Background retry can help queued timecard and active-shift location updates finish after the app is backgrounded, but it still depends on device battery, operating-system limits, and network availability.
What to tell an admin
Share the time, job site, workflow, and what the app showed. A short note makes corrections easier.
