Use the Site Secure mobile app for daily field work.
The mobile app is the easiest way for field users to clock in, clock out, upload records, sign talks, check messages, and review new release notes from the field. Owners are punch-capable on mobile when Owner punching is enabled; Admins can punch only at job sites within their responsibility.
What workers can do
- Clock in and out
- Take breaks if your company tracks them
- Upload certifications
- Renew or remove eligible certification uploads
- Upload documents
- Sign toolbox talks
- Check messages
- Read organization or site broadcasts
- Request time off
- Receive reminders
- Review What's New from the profile menu
First setup
- Install the app your company provides.
- Sign in with your worker account.
- Confirm you see the right organization.
- Allow notifications if your company uses reminders.
- Allow camera access for photos, documents, or selfies if prompted.
- Allow location access if your company requires it for clock-in.
- Open the profile menu after updates to review What's New.
If the app does not look right
Ask an Owner or responsible Admin to check your account, role, organization, job-site assignment, role capability, and whether your company's plan includes the workflow. Only an Owner can change roles or Admin responsibility.
If a support reference appears, include the SS- reference and the approximate time when asking for help.
