First setup
- Install the app your company provides.
- Sign in with your worker account.
- Confirm you see the right organization.
- Allow notifications if your company uses reminders.
- Allow camera access for photos, documents, or selfies if prompted.
- Allow location access if your company requires it for clock-in.
If the app does not look right
Ask an admin to check your account, role, organization, job-site assignment, and whether your company's plan includes the workflow.
